Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of all software products published by Arun Chiramal, including CRM Data Extractor and Contact Intelligence. By activating a trial or paid license key, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. License Grant

Upon activation of a valid license key, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software for your personal or internal business purposes only.

4. Data & Privacy

The software processes data locally on your machine. Your CRM credentials, contact data, and API keys are stored only on your device and are never transmitted to our servers.

Error telemetry (anonymous crash reports) may be sent to our logging service to help improve the product. No personal data, contact records, or API keys are included in these reports. License keys are masked before logging.

5. Your API Keys

Some features require you to provide a third-party API key (e.g. Claude API by Anthropic). You are solely responsible for obtaining, securing, and paying for those API keys. We are not responsible for any charges incurred on your third-party accounts.

6. Refunds

We offer a 7-day free trial specifically so you can evaluate the software before purchasing. Because of this, all paid purchases are final and non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue, contact us before purchasing and we will assist you.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every system configuration.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arun Chiramal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the software — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke or suspend your license key at any time if we determine that these terms have been violated. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the software after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
