Terms & Conditions

1. Products & Services Covered

These terms apply to all of the following, grouped by how they are delivered:

Licensed software (per-machine licence key)

• CRM Data Extractor — browser tool that exports CRM/ERP data to Excel.
• Contact Intelligence — desktop tool that builds a contact database from Outlook.

Subscription services (billed per period)

• ApplyFlows — email marketing / outreach platform (applyflows.com).
• GCC + India Tender Alerts — WhatsApp tender-notification service.

Project-based services (per-project quote)

• Drishti — satellite progress monitoring (property, construction & land), delivered as timelines and reports.

Section-specific terms below apply only to the relevant product type; the general terms (sections 5–13) apply to everything.

2. Licensed Software (CRM Data Extractor & Contact Intelligence)

Upon activation of a valid licence key, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the software for your personal or internal business purposes only.

• Trial licences are valid for 7 days from the date of issue.
• Paid licences are valid for the duration specified at purchase.
• Each licence key is bound to a single machine (HWID-locked).
• You may not share, resell, sublicense, or transfer your licence key to any third party.

3. Subscription Services (ApplyFlows & GCC + India Tender Alerts)

• Subscriptions are billed in advance for the chosen period (monthly or annual) and renew until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current period.
• Delivery is via the channel stated for the service (e.g. WhatsApp for Tender Alerts, your connected inbox for ApplyFlows). You are responsible for keeping your contact details and connected accounts current.
• Tender Alerts aggregates information from public government procurement portals. We make reasonable efforts to deliver relevant, timely alerts but do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or that any particular tender will be captured. Always verify against the official source before acting.
• ApplyFlows is used to send messages from your own connected accounts. You are solely responsible for the content you send and for complying with anti-spam, consent, and email/marketing laws in your jurisdiction.

4. Satellite Services (Drishti)

• Drishti work is scoped and priced on a per-project basis, agreed in writing before work begins.
• Deliverables (timelines, before/after comparisons, and evidence reports) are a documentary record derived from public satellite imagery for monitoring, awareness and record-keeping. They are not a certified land survey, boundary determination, or legal instrument, and are not a substitute for a licensed surveyor, valuer, or legal advice.
• Imagery, acquisition dates, and revisit frequency are determined by the satellite operator (primarily the EU Copernicus / Sentinel programme) and are provided “as is”. Coverage on any given date is subject to satellite scheduling and cloud cover, which are outside our control.
• Where higher-resolution commercial imagery is commissioned, it is licensed directly from its provider under that provider’s terms, and any such terms pass through to you.
• Outputs may be published with the required attribution (e.g. “Contains modified Copernicus Sentinel data”). When using a report as supporting evidence in any formal, regulatory, or legal process, you remain responsible for confirming its suitability for that purpose. 5. Permitted Use

• Use the products and services for lawful business or personal purposes.
• Connect software only to CRM, email, or data systems you are authorised to access.
• Generate reports, exports, and outputs for your own use, with any required attribution intact.

6. Prohibited Use

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
• Use any product to access systems or data without authorisation.
• Circumvent, disable, or tamper with any licence validation, HWID binding, or access-control mechanism.
• Use any product or service to collect, process, store, or send data in violation of applicable privacy or anti-spam laws (including GDPR, PDPA, or equivalent regulations).
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense any product, service output, or licensed third-party data except as expressly permitted.

7. Data & Privacy

The desktop and browser software processes data locally on your machine. Your CRM credentials, contact data, and API keys are stored only on your device and are never transmitted to our servers.

For hosted services (ApplyFlows, Tender Alerts, Drishti), we store only the data needed to operate the service for you (e.g. your contact details, subscription/sector preferences, or the locations you ask us to monitor). We do not sell your data.

Anonymous error telemetry may be sent to our logging service to help improve the products. No personal data, contact records, or API keys are included; licence keys are masked before logging.

8. Your API Keys

Some features require you to provide a third-party API key (e.g. the Claude API by Anthropic). You are solely responsible for obtaining, securing, and paying for those API keys. We are not responsible for any charges incurred on your third-party accounts.

9. Payments & Refunds

• Licensed software: a 7-day free trial is provided so you can evaluate before buying; paid purchases are therefore final and non-refundable. Contact us before purchasing if you hit a technical issue.
• Subscriptions: cancel anytime to stop future billing; the current paid period is non-refundable.
• Project services (Drishti): scope, price, and payment terms are agreed in writing per project before work begins.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

All products and services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that any product or service will be error-free, uninterrupted, complete, or compatible with every system configuration or use case.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arun Chiramal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, any product or service — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, missed opportunities, or business interruption, or for decisions taken on the basis of any output.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke or suspend your licence, subscription, or service at any time if we determine that these terms have been violated. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the affected product or output.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of any product or service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
