Download & Install

Run the installer (ContactIntelligenceV1.2_Setup.exe). It guides you through entering your license key, Claude API key, and company email domain.

Get your Claude API key

Sign up at console.anthropic.com with any personal email (Gmail, Hotmail, etc.), go to API Keys → Create Key, and paste it during install. Costs ~$5/month for daily use.

Double-click "Sync Contacts"

A desktop shortcut is created during install. Double-click it — the tool scans your Outlook inbox, sends signatures to Claude AI, and builds your contact database.

Open your Excel report

Contact_Master.xlsx is created in the install folder. Open it to see all extracted contacts: name, company, title, email, phone. Import directly into your CRM.

Run it daily — it stays fresh

Each sync only processes new emails since the last run. Schedule it or run it manually — either way your contacts stay current.

Yes — Contact Intelligence uses your own Anthropic API key (BYOK — Bring Your Own Key). You sign up at console.anthropic.com for free, create a key, and paste it during install. Typical cost is ~$5/month for daily use. Your key is stored locally on your PC only — never on our servers.

Yes. It connects to Outlook using Windows COM — which works with any Outlook installation including Office 365, Exchange, and standalone Outlook. Outlook must be open and running on the same machine.

The tool will show a license expired message and prompt you to purchase. Your existing Contact_Master.xlsx data is not deleted — it stays on your PC. Purchase the full license at $149 and enter the new key to continue.

Each license key is locked to one machine (HWID-locked). If you change your PC or get a new laptop, contact Arun to reset the license. One reset is included free of charge.

Only email signatures are sent to Claude AI for extraction — not the full email body. No data is stored on any server. Everything runs locally on your PC. Your Outlook data never leaves your machine except for the signature snippets sent to Anthropic's API (same as using Claude.ai directly).

Yes — all future updates are included with your one-time purchase. The tool checks GitHub for new versions on every run and updates itself silently. You don't need to do anything.
